Acceptable Use
Customers must not use Daybook to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Upload malicious software
- Distribute spam
- Harass individuals
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Process personal data unlawfully
Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Managing user permissions
- Protecting login credentials
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Compliance with privacy laws
Descod Ltd does not monitor customer business data except where necessary for support, security or legal obligations.
Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are agreed individually with each customer.
Billing may be:
- Annual
- Monthly
- Custom enterprise agreements
Fees are communicated before activation.
Service Availability
Daybook is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance may occur periodically.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Daybook is provided “as available”.
- Descod Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in Daybook, including:
- Software
- Branding
- Documentation
- Infrastructure
remain the property of Descod Ltd.
Customers retain ownership of their own data.
Termination
Customers may terminate their account at any time.
Descod Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Breach these terms;
- Create security risks; or
- Violate applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
